Capsicum chinense from the Moche district, Peru. In the Northern Andes valley this pepper has been cultivated for more than 2000 years. A standard in the local dishes Trujullana (marinated fish) and Cangrajo (crab).
Conical shaped peppers, 4 to 6 cm long that ripen from green to yellow.
A spicy and fruity chinense taste with citrus influences.
