Recent variety, also known as the "" Heart of Zebre Apricot ".

Created and developed by Jean-Claude Bosher, France.

Result from a cross of "Cœur de Boeuf " and "Red Zebra".

Do not confuse with "Zebra Heart" which is distributed in the USA who is the result of a spontaneous mutation.

Fruits from 180 to 300 grams, hickory ribbed at the top and with slightly rounded shoulders.

Skin varies in color according to maturity, yellow-orange shades with red.

Dense beefsteak flesh, marbled yellow-orange red. Very few seeds ...

Excellent flavor as all bicolor.

Plants are frail-looking but can exceed 7 feet, Wispy foliage, indeterminate growth.

Very good production and good uniformity of fruit size.
