Variety native of California (USA); developed by Jeff Dawson and named in honor of "Copia", American Center for Food, Wine and the Arts (Napa / California). Coming from the cross of "Marvel Striped" and "Green Zebra".
Pinkish yellow skin with green stripes. Flattened fruits from 180 to 450 grams and 8 to 12 cm in diameter. Ribs at the top.
Sweet flavored and very juicy beefsteak flesh..
Indeterminate plants with solid yields.
