Highly recommend this variety, i have gone from the famous san marzano to only this as a sauce tomato.

Out performs san marzano on every level. Taste? Its a sauce tomato. High yields my nr 2 sauce tomato!!!

Information

Italian heirloom, translated from French the name means ‘Ten fingers of Naples’.

Oblong red paste tomato from 50 to 100 grams. Meaty with few juice and seeds.

Very good balanced taste, mild sweet vs sour.

Popular Italian cooking tomato but also very often used for drying and even fresh sliced in salads.
