Rare variety from the USA, developed by John Siegel, who is also the developer of "Chocolate Stripes" who looks like this tomato but less round and ribbed.
Fruits from 180 to 300 grams. Beefsteak type with variable shape according to the caliber, more or less flattened, ribs on the upper part with shoulders rounded or bent.
Dark chocolate brown skin, irregular striped with dark green.
Purple beefsteak meat marbled with pink. Intense juicy taste, rich and well-balanced.
Medium-sized plants (1,6m / 5,3ft). Skimpy regular leafed. Indeterminate.
Mid- season production.
