Variety that would be from Germany. Presented in the 1996 Seed Savers Yearbook.
Very firm fruits of 100 to 180 grams, round to slightly flattened and ribbed on the shoulders.
Greenish skin turning yellow and veiling a pink bluh at maturity.
The main interest of this variety is its impressive storage capacity, if the fruits are picked green they can be kept from 3 to 5 months as they mature very slowly.
Compact determinate dwarf plants (80 cm - 2,6ft) with bushy habit, rugosa foliage whose decorative interest is certain.
Good second season productivity.
Re-production from the Luc Fichot collection, batch 2007.
