Information
Recent development, crossing of "Red House Free Standing" and "Cherokee Green" by John Beidler.
Fruits 200 to 400 grams, flattened and ribbed at the top with wavy shoulders.
Green skin with a light amber blush at full ripeness.
Juicy green flesh with small seed cavities. Typical taste of "green tomato". Consume this breed "al dente" because otherwise the flesh becomes too soft and loses its taste.
Dwarf plant (1m / 3,25f), vigorous with thick stems, regular leaf, indeterminate.
Abundant and regular production in the middle season, good fruit size homogeneity.
NB: for better production it is advisable to grow this variety allowing several stems. Can be grown in big pots but the yield and fruit size will be reduced.
