Almost unknown heirloom variety from the USA.
Large fruits, sometimes exceeding 1 kilo. Beefsteak type, flattened at the poles and shoulders more or less ribbed and rounded, depending on the fruit size.
Skin is usually variegated red and yellow but sometimes the fruit is uniformly red.
Orange beefsteak flesh streaked with pink, dense and juicy.
Delicious sweet and fragrant flavor.
Plant in large development, indeterminate growth
Very good production of mid-season until frost.
