Rare variety from California, USA.
Beefsteak type fruits from 200 to 500 gr, flattened at the poles with ribs more or less marked at the top, shoulders rounded or curved for the larger calibers.
Copper colored skin (hence its name) becoming dark red with pink reflections and metallic green at full maturity.
Firm and juicy green & red marbled beefsteak flesh.
Exceptional flavor, surely in the top 25 of the best varieties!
Compact plants with small development, determinate to semi-determinate.
Good and regular mid-season production.
