Developed by Dean Slater (USA), resulting from the cross of "Big Cheef" and a line of "Gandolf".
Fruits of 150 to 250 grams, beefsteak type, flattened at the poles, ribbed deeply in the upper part and shoulders plump.
Epidermis uniform purple
Dense beefsteak flesh with a smooth texture. Rich smoky flavor.
Dwarfplant, 'tree type' with compact structure not exceeding 1,2 m / 4ft.
Regular foliage, indeterminate. Mid-season production.
NB: for better production it is advisable to grow this variety allowing several stems. Can be grown in big pots but the yield and fruit size will be reduced.
