Information

Variety from Louisiana, USA. Selected for long storage.

Round fruits from 180 to 300 grams.

Ripens from green to white into pale red orange.

Very hard and thick skin, winter tomato type. Hard dense flesh.
A winter or longkeeper tomato? you harvest the entire cluser when a few fruits start to ripen.
Store them cool, dark and dry and they will last for many months.
If some get some brown spots or start drying out to much, eat them, cook with them.

The taste is not very special but they are still better then the supermarket ones.
This tomato is perfect for people of the grid, preppers, low energy families and all garden adventurers.

Low vigorous determinate plants with good yields.
