Beautiful fruits with same good taste. Young plant had variegated leaves indeed. Healthy, vigorous plant, resistant to bad weather (at least in my case) changing from cold, rainy weeks to heat in one day (grown in an semi-open polytunnel).
Recent variety developed by Jason Haynes, USA. Cross of "Variegated PL" vs "Orange Russian 117".
Elongated plum-shaped fruits with a fruit weight between 100 and 200 grams.
Yellow-orange skin with a red blush at full maturity.
Multicolored flesh, a mixture of yellow, orange and pink. Has inherited the excellent taste of its ancestor "Orange Russian 117".
Indeterminate growing plants with high development, + 2m - 7ft. Young plants show variegated foliage but as the plants get older this is much less visible.
High yields from mid-season.
