Variety from the USA. First offered in the Seed Savers Yearbook of 1998 by Dorothy Beiswenger who received the seeds from James Stokes.
Green flattened fruits with dark green shoulders, slightly ribbed at the top.
The fruits turn amber-yellow at full maturity.
Green beefsteak flesh with a nice sweet taste.
Indeterminate growing plants with regular foliage.
Good returns starting from the mid-season.
