Capsicum baccatum

A selection by Chris Fowler, Wales, UK. Found in a Sugar Rush (2012) plantation and further stabilized.

Irregularly shaped elongated peppers with a peach color.

Striking sweet taste and smell, tropical-fruity with citrus influences.

SHU 50 000 - 100 000, hot but useful in the family kitchen. A very good pepper for fermentations and sauces.

Very high yields and easy to grow.
The plants can exceed 1 m - 3,3ft in height in good conditions. They require good support and also enough room to grow.
