Green skin veiling amber and rose when mature, shoulders remain green.
Green beefsteak flesh marbled with pink in its center, velvety texture with exceptional flavor, complex but sweet with a hint of acidity.
Plants with high vigor, potato leaf foliage with large leaflets. Indeterminate.
Excellent harvest from mid-season until first frosts.
